This answer varies depending on your problem. Our main goal is correcting your issue the first time. While some issues can be fixed in 30 minutes, Others, such as repairing a virus or malware infection can be more time consuming and takes anywhere from 60 minutes to 2 hours.
2. What if you are unable to fix my issue?
Some PC problems just can’t be fixed via remote computer repair. These would include cases where we suspect the root cause of the problem may be a hardware issue such as a failing hard drive, a faulty memory module, or the dreadful blue screen of death. If we find this to be the case, we will recommend some alternatives. No worries if we determine this after providing you the price. Nothing will be charged to you for the call.
3. Do I need to sit here the entire time you fix my PC?
No, we only need you to get us started by initiating our remote control software. This usually takes five minutes. Once we start the process you can walk away or watch us work on your computer as if we were in front of it. We do not “black” out your screen so you can see everything we are doing at all times.
