Early Termination Fees: (No termination fee if order is cancelled before installation.)

    Purchase:  Cancellation WITHIN 30 days: No service termination fee. No refund of installation fee.
                     AFTER 30 days: Up to $400 service termination fee.

    Lease:   Cancellation WITHIN 30 days: $99 Upfront Fee is forfeited, and $300 Unreturned Equipment Fee is charged if equipment is not returned within 21 days of cancellation date.
                AFTER 30 days: Up to $400 service termination fee, $99 Upfront Fee is forfeited, and $300 Unreturned Equipment Fee is charged if equipment is not returned within 21 days of cancellation date.

¹ Speeds based on and compared to dial-up speeds of 53 kbps. Actual speeds may vary.  Uninterrupted use of service and speeds are not guaranteed.   The Power 200 service plan is only available through the new HughesNet satellite. Approximately 1% will not be able to receive the Power 200 plan as a result of trees or other obstacles that
block the signal from the satellite to the home.

² Based on an analysis of customer usage data, Hughes has established a download allowance for each of the HughesNet service plans that is well above the typical usage rates.  Subscribers who exceed that threshold will experience reduced download speeds for approximately 24 hours.  During this recovery period, the HughesNet service may still be used, but speeds will be slower.  *Fair Access Policy
