Feet Sore?                                                                          Feet Ache?

 

 

My foot arches were going flat, my ankles were turning in and, don't even mention the pain.

Whether it was work or play, my feet hurt and it was difficult to walk or do anything.  I certainly didn't like being unable to do the things I wanted to do.  It appeared to me that my situation was not likely to improve.

I needed to do something!  What?

What should I do?

After giving some thought as to what path to follow, I decided that maybe exercise would be the best way.  Then, of course, the next thought was what type of exercise  should be done?

I decided to develop some type of exercise to strengthen and stretch my foot arch and leg muscles.

By far, the exercise routine exceeded my expectations.  It turned out that the exercise solution did wonders for me and went beyond my wildest hopes.

I now go hunting, fishing and hiking!!

Being able to do these things is directly due to the ARCH and ANKLE EXERCISES©

No need for weights, no need for machines or a gym to do this unique exercise.

No tabs to pull

No cans to punch

No pills to pop

No juice to pour

Just this significant exercise that made me feel better.

Time went by-----------------then one day my thought was:  This wonderful exercise worked for me, why not for somebody else?

Thus, I decided to put the exercise routine in a booklet with pictures and instructions.

This is the easiest exercise that I have ever done.  By the way, I do the whole routine in bed and the bottom line is "It works for me".
