For Help With the Software Right click on the 'Frog' icon down by your time and click on 'Help' to open the help screen for an overview of some of the features. Here you will find information on different settings that will allow you to customize the CIL Express Accelerator to your likings. **Attention Windows Vista Users**: If, after installing our CIL Express accelerator, you do not see the frog icon animating while surfing the Internet OR if you hover your mouse over the frog while WebPages are loading and see ‘Effective Speed: Check Back Later’ instead of the reported speed, please CLICK HERE!! Using Firewall/Security Software If you have Norton's Internet Security, McAfee's Personal Firewall or any other security/firewall software installed (Windows firewall does not apply), you may need to manually configure your security software to allow the CIL Express to work correctly through it. Please consult your product documentation for the configuration settings in your firewall software. The CIL Express process, PXCLIENT, needs to be set to 'Allow' or 'Allow All' in order to work correctly. Due to the various software vendor's configurations, if you are unable to find these settings, please send us an to us at cilexpress@countryilink.net. We will do our best to provide some assistance with the correct configuration needed. Please include the security product installed in your email to us. (i.e. Norton's Internet Security 2008). How To Cancel Your CIL Express To cancel your CIL Express Membership, please contact us at (717)694-3290 or 1-866-229-7688(Toll-Free) or email cilexpress@countryilink.net New subscribers will have 7 days from receiving their initial setup information to cancel and receive a full refund. Failure to contact us prior to the end of your 7th day will result in forfeiture of any refund.
How To Uninstall The Software To uninstall the CIL Express Accelerator simply right click on the frog icon and choose 'Uninstall'. Follow the onscreen prompts.
How To Re-install The Software Locate the file 'CILExpress.3.04.exe' on your computer and run it to install. Or, contact us to obtain the download. You will need your access code to re-install the CIL Express Accelerator.
Where is my Access Code? Right click the frog icon and select Repair. It will appear on the second screen.
